Pick-Up / Drop-Off

We maintain close relationships with a variety of vendors in the industry; from upholsterers to art galleries. When an item is ready to move on to the next phase we can assist with pick-up and drop-off of goods to keep your project smoothly on track. Occasionally, an intricate piece will showcase the lengths to which we will happily go to assist a customer.

In a particular instance, a customer purchased a vintage chandelier and after a scheduled inspection at our warehouse by the design team, the determination was made to undertake some alterations and improvements. After the delicate Murano glass details were removed, they were wrapped, inventoried, and stored. The chandelier frame took its first journey to a workroom specializing in metal fabrication. There the antique frame was touched up and refinished and, once the work was completed, Muldoon picked the frame up and returned it to our warehouse.

After further coordination with the designers, Muldoon transported the frame and wiring components to a local lighting expert, where the fixture previously wired for European use, was now safely ready for installation in the United States. With a final seal of approval by the design team, the chandelier was crated awaiting completion of the project, and a Muldoon delivery with the additional lighting order.
